HACCP stands for „Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point“ and is a worldwide mandatory preventive concept based on an initiative started by the NASA in 1959. It’s aim is to provide the security of foods and consumers over the full production and shipping chain.
All 39 regional System Alliance partners and the System Alliance Hub in Niederaula are now certified for the shipment and handling of packed non-temperature-controlled foods, following the strict HACCP guidelines.
